Once you wear it. What are the Actual Gains?
Before adding the sleeves my penis was approximately 5.5 inches around (circumference). With one sleeve in place my penis was 6.5 inches around – an 18% gain. Now this is only a little more than half of the claimed 33% but the gain is still significant in my opinion.
